Mike is a longtime business journalist, editor, and publisher. Having previously run both custom publishing and a magazine incubator program at American Lawyer Media, he currently runs the content marketing firm Leverage Media, which he co-founded in 2001. The firm has produced magazines, books, brochures, toolkits, and other content products for such firms as Morrison & Foerster, Patton Boggs, WilmerHale, Dentons, Goodwin Procter, Winston & Strawn, Gordon & Rees, and Bryan Cave, in addition to content (both print and digital) for a number of associations and businesses in such industries as payments processing, call centers, travel, and HR outsourcing. A former president of The Content Council (formerly the Custom Publishing Council) and a current board member of Association Media & Publishing, he writes and speaks frequently on topics related to branded content and content marketing for legal, association, and general marketing audiences. A native of Philadelphia, he currently lives with his family outside New York City.
